Have a name and need to secure a domain? Have a domain and need to secure hosting? Perhaps you need guidance as to the best choice for a host, JOUJOU can help. Securing a domain and setting up hosting can be an intimidating procedure for those new to the process and we can step in and manage this for you. We can also help you setup your email accounts and ensure that your web server is ready to go when it’s time to launch your brand new website. Web Management
If you have an existing site or you hire us to design a site for you, JOUJOU can maintain it for you! We provide a web management service that includes monthly monitoring and updates. Clients can sign on for a monthly or annual service plan. For those that only need updates and management for a limited time, we offer an “as needed” plan.
Print Services
JOUJOU designs all layouts to meet standard printer specifications. Please be aware that every printer is different and document requirements may vary. If a client wishes to allow JOUJOU to manage the print production portion of a project, we will make recommendations for economic service options. If a client chooses to use their own printer, they must provide contact information for the printer to verify desired file format and other specs needed.
Photography/Stock Images
If a client will require stock images, the fee for images will be separate from design costs. This need should be assessed before design projects begin so that JOUJOU can provide a comprehensive quote. We ask that clients provide the estimated number of images that may be required. If more images are required later on in the design process, a separate invoice will be generated for those images. JOUJOU works hard to provide cost-effective solutions to clients. We will only select stock sites whose prices range from $10-$100 per image. If a client plans to use their own images, all files must be received before the project begins. If a client would like to hire JOUJOU to shoot images for design projects, a quote will be provided.
Process
The first step is to fill out the contact form. We will respond within 24-72 hours with questions regarding your request. The next step is to provide a quote. If a client agrees with the quote, all necessary data required to begin the project is requested (if applicable) and a PayPal generated invoice is emailed. Upon receipt of payment, work will begin. Depending upon the type of project, most drafts are sent within 24-72 hours after a payment is made.
Estimated Production Timelines
Below is a sample of the projected time frame of a project. Times estimated vary depending upon scope of project and availability of JOUJOU.
Logo development: 3-5 business days for an initial draft. Clients are given 2 designs to choose from. Two revisions are included. Additional modifications may be subject to a fee.
Invitations & postcards: 1-3 business days
Brochure Design (tri-fold): 3-5 business days. All content must be provided before the project can begin. This includes copy, logos, artwork and images. If stock images will be used, this may be billed separately. Affordable stock agencies are used to cut client costs so you can expect to pay roughly $10-$100 per image.
Brochure (multi-page): 5-7 business days. All content must be provided before the project can begin. Client should notify us if they require stock images.
e-Newsletter Design: 1-3 business days. All content must be provided before the project can begin. Client should notify us if they require stock images.
Identity Package (letterhead, envelopes, folder, business cards): 5-7 business days.
Web banners: 24-48 hours for initial draft. All specs must be provided in order for the project to begin.

Payments
JOUJOU is a VERIFIED PayPal vendor. Only PayPal payments are accepted, but in rare cases alternative methods of payment are accepted. Payments will be made via a PayPal generated invoice. Please note that a project will not begin until full payment has been submitted and verified. We DO NOT offer payment plans of any kind or partial payments. This is not negotiable. No EXCEPTIONS. Clients new to PayPal should be aware that it is a secure method of payment and JOUJOU does not retain any personal or financial information presented to PayPal at the time of payment. If you don’t have an account with PayPal, go to http://www.paypal.com to set up your account.
Deliverables
JOUJOU provides the following file formats when a project is completed: AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF, and PDF. Please note that final file formats may vary depending upon the nature of the project. All formats listed above may not be provided. If a particular format is desired, please make that distinction at the beginning of the project. If Microsoft templates are needed, please contact us to discuss.
Property Rights – We retain the right to show all drawings, artwork, specifications, & other visual presentation materials in printed or online portfolios. Clients who requests logo designs are responsible for securing copyrights/trademarks.
Termination – Either party (JOUJOU or the Client) may terminate a project upon giving written notice. Upon termination, JOUJOU will retain any initial payment & the client shall pay for all hours expended on a project up to the date of termination. Abandonment is also considered termination of a project. A project is deemed abandoned if a client does not respond to or act on a draft or other correspondence within 15 business days.
