If you would like to request a project, please fill out the form on the contact page. Before contacting us, please read the Policy & Procedures information provided below. We really appreciate it and hope you will visit us again!
Process: The first step is to fill out the contact form. We will respond within 24-72 hours with questions regarding your request. The next step is to provide a quote. If a client agrees with the quote, all necessary data required to begin the project is requested (if applicable) and a PayPal generated invoice is emailed. Upon receipt of payment, work will begin. Depending upon the type of project, most drafts are sent within 24-72 hours after a payment is made.
What I CAN do for you:
- illustration – portraits/characters/header designs(web); please note we are not illustrating books at this time.

- print work – advertisements, brochures, business cards, comp cards, folders, flyers, invitations,etc.
- custom books (photography portfolios, product catalogs, etc.)

Property Rights – We retain the right to show all drawings, artwork, specifications, & other visual presentation materials in printed or online portfolios. Clients who requests logo designs are responsible for securing copyrights/trademarks.
Termination – Either party (JOUJOU or the Client) may terminate a project upon giving written notice. Upon termination, JOUJOU will retain any initial payment & the client shall pay for all hours expended on a project up to the date of termination. Abandonment is also considered termination of a project. A project is deemed abandoned if a client does not respond to or act on a draft or other correspondence within 15 business days.
